The Studio dominates comedy



Apple TV+’s The Studio made Emmy history, becoming the most-awarded comedy series ever in its freshman season. The hit show snagged Outstanding Comedy Series, with Seth Rogen winning Lead Actor in a Comedy and additional honors for writing and directing. It was a breakout night that cemented The Studio as the year’s biggest comedy powerhouse.


The Pitt scores big in drama

Noah Wyle led the charge for The Pitt, which was crowned Outstanding Drama Series. Wyle also took home Lead Actor in a Drama, marking a defining moment in his career and solidifying the series as one of the season’s most acclaimed dramas.


Severance wins major acting awards



Apple TV+’s dystopian thriller Severance picked up key trophies, with Britt Lower winning Lead Actress in a Drama and Tramell Tillman earning Supporting Actor in a Drama. Combined with its craft wins, Severance added more gold to Apple’s already stacked night.


Adolescence rules the limited series category

Netflix’s Adolescence dominated the limited series field, winning Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series and collecting six Emmys in total. The show’s young star Owen Cooper made history as the youngest male actor ever to win an Emmy, taking Supporting Actor in a Limited/Anthology Series or TV Movie at just 15 years old. Erin Doherty and Stephen Graham also scored acting wins, giving Adolescence one of the night’s biggest hauls.
