There’s a new It-spot in West Hollywood — and it’s already drawing a star-studded crowd. Galerie, the newly opened restaurant and cocktail lounge on Sunset Boulevard, has officially become the place where food, art, and old Hollywood glamour meet.

Helmed by Executive Chef Gabriel Lindsey (of Dudley Market fame) and Chef Ben Ford, Galerie is serving an elevated take on modern American dining with a French twist.

The menu feels like a love letter to classic California bistro fare — think Shrimp Cocktail with caper rémoulade, Grilled Sweet Potatoes with fermented chilis and maple butter, and a Wagyu Beef Skewer that melts like butter.

The mains bring the indulgence: a Galerie Burger dripping with Gruyère and “French Onion” sauce, and a ½ Roast Chicken layered with preserved lemon, garlic confit, and brown jus. Everything is sourced locally and designed for sharing — even the conversation feels better here.

Of course, it’s not a Sunset Strip restaurant without a cocktail moment. Beverage Director Dushan Zaric (of the iconic Employees Only) curated a lineup that’s as photogenic as it is potent.

The Double Take, a butterfly pea flower–infused mezcal drink, literally changes color as you stir. The Galerie Margarita adds aloe liqueur and jalapeño-agave heat, while the Flying Grasshopper — yes, with vanilla ice cream — might be L.A.’s most decadent nightcap.

At last week’s launch, Jesse Metcalfe, Paris Brosnan, Alex Lee-Aillon, Eden McCoy, and Jonathan Heit toasted the debut, joining a growing list of A-listers who’ve dined here — from Sydney Sweeney and Lewis Hamilton to Willow Smith and Diplo.
