Over the weekend, Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine took over Universal Studios for Shine Away 2025, a two-day celebration of creativity and community, connected by AT&T.

Day One kicked off with Reese and a stacked lineup—Mariska Hargitay, Chrissy Teigen, Malin Åkerman, and more—sharing stories of resilience and reinvention. Maren Morris closed the day with a live set that turned the lot into a low-key singalong.

Reese also took a moment to honor her longtime inspiration Diane Keaton, a heartfelt tribute that quickly became one of the weekend’s most-shared clips.

Day Two swapped glitz for grounding. Author Tembi Locke opened with a reading from Someday, Now, followed by panels on motherhood, wellness, and friendship. Ellie Kemper and Angela Kinsey wrapped things up with a reminder to keep joy front and center.  Cars.com hosted a dynamic conversation in which Danielle Robay, the host of the Bookmarked by Reese’s Book Club podcast, chatted with authors Raegan Revord, Tembi Locke, and Rainbow Rowell, offering tools for Reese’s Book Club lovers to leverage in order to become the authors of their own stories. 

Between talks, guests recharged in the AT&T Connection Plaza, grabbed new headshots, and browsed women-founded pop-ups. Less conference, more community—with plenty of photo ops.
